My experience with Avalon dental today was great. The staff has always been caring and genuinely supportive towards my dental health and always kind while interacting with me. Today I had the pleasure of being served by Dr. Dinh and Lorelei who showed me the utmost of care.

Dr Dinh is simply the best! She takes care of my two kids, wife and I. She's super caring and thorough with our dental care. Her office is clean and neat and her front desk is great with helping us get appointments for the whole family at the same time. I'd recommend her to anyone.

I came to Avalon Dental to get a tooth extraction and I was beyond amazed with how quick it went and the awesome customer service they provide. I 100% recommended coming here and I will definitely be back.

It's been years since I’ve been to the dentist and going to Avalon Dental I felt I was well taken care of. I loved how much the dentists asked “ Are you okay, does that feel okay? Are you comfortable?” during each of my visits. I would say though, learn about your dental plan beforehand because I paid way more out of pocket than I anticipated.

I've been going to Avalon dental for around a year now. My experience has always been extremely positive! I've had a few cleanings and fillings done, and the work was really great. Dr. Dinh is super gentle and thorough with her work!

Scheduling appointments is also really nice -- I've had to reschedule a few appointments because of work and the process was pretty seamless. Plus, there's a nice automated system to remind you of upcoming appointments which I appreciate!

Overall it's a no brainer to go here. The staff are all great! Also Lorelei is probably the best dental assistant of all time!

Was referred to Avalon Dental by a close friend. After hearing her great feedback decided to make an appointment. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. Left my old dentist because I did not feel comfortable. My biggest pet peeve is a dentist who is money hungry. One that doesn't take their time on you or explains whats going on or practically kicks you out the door to see the next patient.

After my first visit at Avalon there is no hesitation when I say I felt comfortable, I felt welcomed and most importantly I felt cared for. All staff was amazing and the doctor really communicated what she was doing and what had to be done clearly and calmly. I found my forever Dentist!

I was in town for a conference when I cracked a tooth. It's scary to be in a strange place and have something like that happen. Luckily, Charise at the front desk was able to find time for Dr. Dinh to see me.

Lorelei, the dental assistant, put me right at ease while we waited for the doctor, and it wasn't a long wait at all. Fortunately for me, the crack was on a crown and didn't need anything more than a minute or less of grinding before I was all set.

I’ve been a patient with Avalon Dental and Dr Dinh’s team for almost 9 years and I’ve even stayed with them after moving out of RWC. I like Dr Dinh’s conservative approach where she keeps an eye on things with my teeth before recommending extra interventions. I’ve had a few crowns and fillings done by her and her team and she is always calm, confident, and careful and I appreciate her and her team’s care and professionalism in all they do. From the front desk team (Lisa is awesome and always welcoming) to her hygienists, assistant (thanks, Lorelei!), to Dr Dinh herself, I keep coming back because of the high quality attention and care I receive. Dr. Dinh and her staff are nothing short of amazing! I've been seeing her for 2 years now, and she is by far the best dentist I've been too. She runs an efficient office. She sends text reminders and sends medical forms to my phone making it easy to complete.
She is gentle and makes me feel comfortable the entire time I'm getting a cleaning or exam. Her staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and her office is conveniently located right on El Camino. She also has a parking lot....a huge plus. Clean, professional, and efficient! Highly recommend.

Before ever coming to Dr. Dinh at Avalon Dental 9 years ago, I despised going to the dentist. Dr. Dinh and her staff changed all that! Here we are almost a decade later and I actually look forward to going.

The entire staff at Avalon Dental is wonderful! The admins, assistants, hygienists, and of course Dr. Dinh herself - everyone is super nice, understanding, personable… and really good at what they do! It’s a great atmosphere, especially considering how uncomfortable dental work generally makes me feel haha.

Avalon Dental provides great communication with multiple notification options, and have always been a pleasure to work with. They also help take care of scheduling, even for things like when I needed a referral to ortho work. It REALLY helps my ADHD brain.

Dr. Elizabeth Dinh is fantastic. My husband, myself, and our 2 little ones all enjoyed having her as our family dentist. She and her staff are great and make you feel comfortable through your whole appointment. They are also very good at what they do - One of her employees gave me the most comfortable teeth cleaning I've ever had. I would highly recommend this office!

I found Avalon dental through my insurance provider and I’m really happy I did. I went there last week for new patient exam and I felt extremely welcomed by Lisa at the front desk. The dental assistant that took my X-rays was very pleasant and took extra care due to my issues with TMJ pain. Dr. Dinh was fantastic. She was very kind and funny, and really went out if her way to make sure I was comfortable and that I understood what dental care was needed and why. I feel that I am in good hands at Avalon dental and look forward to getting my teeth issues taken care of.

I recently had my first visit to Avalon Dental and had a really nice experience from start to end. The staff is very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help you. Dr. Dinh is very professional and makes sure you understand everything of what's going on with your dental health. Their dental hygienist is very knowledgable and gave me great tips to take care of my teeth. In general I felt very well taken cared of by every single staff member.
In addition to this, their offices are tidy and clean, they have good Covid safety measures and communication with the office runs smoothly.

Dr. Dinh is AMAZING. If I could give her, and her office, more than five stars, I would. She's been my dentist for years, and we're only leaving her office because we're moving. I also used her office for my Invisalign, and it went great!

She's gentle, but thorough, and she doesn't push unnecessary procedures. The woman at the front desk, Lisa, is also really wonderful and lovely. They work really hard to give us good care and work with our insurance as well.

Would highly recommend Avalon Dental - wish we could have taken them with us to our new city!
